Office hours for Document Authentication and Legalization of Signatures

Monday: 08:00 – 15:00
Tuesday: 08:00 – 15:00
Wednesday: 08:00 – 15:00
Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 14:00

The notary office is open to the public during these office hours – especially for the purpose of legalizing signatures, authenticating documents or providing services of the Czech Point network. No appointment is required for these services.

Other notary services are provided also outside office hours as per previous agreement.

Our notary office provides all services as listed in the act No. 358/1992 Coll., Notarial Code.  These services include (not exclusively):

• Donation Agreements & General Purchase Agreements
• Share Purchase Agreements
• The establishment of, changes to and/or the dissolution of companies and cooperatives
• Direct entry in the public register (Commercial Register)
• Direct Enforceability Agreements (notarial deeds with direct enforceability)
• Last Will & Testament, Deeds of Disinheritance, Agreements on Succession
• Escrow (money/documents)
• Notarial deeds on certification of facts/events/website content
• Modification of the joint property of the spouses
